What is the ShiraFayFit Method?
The ShiraFayFit Method combines pilates and strength into dynamic workouts that transform your body and mind. SFF workouts are designed to be fun, challenging & effective. We create length & strength in the muscles through ever-flowing sequences designed to chisel. These pilates-inspired moves will strengthen your core, glutes, balance, & posture and leave your whole body feeling amazing.


What You Need to Know.
Turn off your brain and turn on your body. With my cues guiding your every move, you'll be able to connect to the movement and see results with every session. Expect improved mobility, strength, and muscle tone with every session. All you have to do is show up on your mat for 5-45 minutes every day.
About Shira
With my background in Kinesiology, I always planned to pursue fitness. I became a certified personal trainer with a goal to build muscle and get strong. I thought I needed to train hard in the gym for hours almost every day, but I was never happy with my results. All I really wanted was to finish a workout feeling better in my body. After constant intense weight sessions, I felt more sore, tight, and drained than ever.


Since I began to incorporate pilates-inspired movement, focusing on mobility, muscle endurance, & strength using my own bodyweight or small equipment, I fell in love with my workouts and the results that came with them. The best part, I could do these workouts anywhere, anytime, and be done in less than 30 minutes.
I created SFF to help you go from feeling depleted and frustrated with your lack of results to feeling amazing and achieving the body of your dreams. A body that not only looks great, but moves and feels better.
